Recipe: Prawn and mango chilli wrap


With many of us social distancing, it’s never been more important to eat well at home.

If you’re looking for some inspiration for lunch, we’ve brought you some recipes courtesy of Waitrose & Partners, packed with nutritious vegetables and essential proteins to ensure you’re enjoying a balanced diet.

Serves: 4



220g pack jumbo king prawns

190g mango

1 cucumber portion, diced

2 salad onions, thinly sliced

1 tbsp chopped mint or coriander

2–3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

4 round lettuce leaves

4 tortilla wraps



  1. In a large bowl, mix together the prawns, mango, cucumber,  salad onions and chopped herbs. Add the sauce and stir together until evenly coated.
  2. Lay a lettuce leaf on each tortilla and spoon the mixture on top. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides, then cut in half to serve.
